Operation team 1 successfully completed the 7-inch 4-zones fracturing gravel packing sand control operation for the first time in the CNOOC self-operated oilfield SZ36-1, marking Dripro Co. Ltd.’s 7” big bore fracturable sand control tool has been successfully applied to the Bohai self-operated oilfield.
Fracturing sand control has always been the most effective measure to deal with low-yield wells and increase production. However, in the Bohai Oilfield 7" liner pipe wells, the 3.25" sand control service tools have high back pressure and high construction friction. Dripro Co. Ltd.'s world-first 3.88” big bore multi-zone fracturing sand control service tool can effectively reduce the reverse circulation pressure, reduce the construction risk and increase the fracturing scale. In this operation, the sand control tool was carried out once. Laminated gravel packing operation, construction displacement 16~20bpm, sand ratio 6ppg, packing factor 612lb/ft, seam length 23.6~33.2m, seam height 13.6~33.6m, seam width 0.65~1.083cm, smooth operation, tool performance Stable.
