INTRODUCTION Sliding Sleeve is a down hole flow control tools that allows the flow between the annular and tubing, or selective production from different formations. It can be operated by different type of shifting tool through standard slick line operation. APPLICATION Induce production, circulation Gas lift, accommodation of Jet pumping Selective production, test or stimulation Commingle production Together with Blanking Plug to shut-in the well or pressure test of tubing Circulation of other chemical agent。 FEATURE Premium thermoplastic wiper ring installed between the ports and upper sealing parts that can prevent the damage of the sealing parts and reduce the damage to string Non-elastomeric sealing material, self-lubrication ability, reduces the sealing surface bonding effect. Premium sealing parts allow for multiple open/close Unique pressure balance port/slot combination design to allow easy operation and gives better erosion resistance QPQ coating increases the corrosion/erosion resistance ability |
